Conic TVG 202-4

The Conic TVG 202-4 is a first-generation dedicated Pong console produced by Conic Group in 1977. It uses the common General Instruments AY‑3‑8500 “Pong-on-a-chip” integrated circuit and offers four built-in games: Tennis, Hockey/Football, Handball, and Practice mode. The system outputs black-and-white graphics to a television via an RF connection and plays sound through an internal speaker.

Controls include two small detachable paddle controllers that can be stored within the console, along with manual serve and reset buttons, and slide switches to adjust game speed and angle options. It runs on six C-size batteries or a 9 V DC adapter. The console’s behavior and game selection are typical of AY‑3‑8500-based systems released in Europe and Hong Kong during that era.
