Based on the long-running MAD Magazine comic strip by Antonio Prohías, the game features two spies—one dressed in white and the other in black—engaged in a slapstick battle of wits and traps.
The objective is to collect four secret items hidden throughout an embassy building and escape through the airport door before the opposing spy. Players can lay traps, search furniture, and engage in hand-to-hand combat to hinder their opponent. The game includes both single-player and two-player alternating modes, with the latter offering a split-screen view for simultaneous play.
