U.S. Ski Team Skiing is a sports video game released for the Intellivision in 1980. Developed by APh Technological Consulting and published by Mattel Electronics, the game allows players to race down ski slopes in either slalom or downhill events. Players can compete against the clock in single-player mode or take turns in multiplayer mode, accommodating up to six players.

The game features 15 different slope grades that affect the speed and difficulty of the course. Players must navigate through gates, with penalties applied for missing them. Controls enable the skier to steer, jump over obstacles, and adjust speed, providing a dynamic and engaging skiing experience. The game also includes jumps over moguls, adding an extra challenge.

U.S. Ski Team Skiing was notable for offering multiplayer competition on the Intellivision, a feature that enhanced replayability and social play. Its vertical scrolling gameplay was uncommon for home video games at the time, giving players a sense of motion and progression down the slopes.

The game was included in the “Go For the Gold” compilation cartridge, highlighting its popularity among Intellivision titles. It remained a recognized example of early sports video games, remembered for its competitive gameplay, varied courses, and ability to accommodate multiple players in alternating turns.
