TRON: Solar Sailer is an action video game released for the Intellivision in 1983. Developed and published by Mattel Electronics, the game is the third and final installment in the TRON series for the platform. It requires the Intellivoice module, enabling voice synthesis during gameplay.

The game is divided into two stages. In the first stage, players control the Solar Sailer, navigating through a grid-like environment filled with obstacles such as tanks and recognizers. The objective is to reach Track 0, where the Master Control Program (MCP) is located. Players must avoid enemies and manage their energy levels, which deplete when moving or shooting.

Upon reaching Track 0, the second stage begins. Players enter the MCP’s core and must intercept binary code transmissions represented by flying zeros and ones. Using a cursor, players catch the correct bits to overload the MCP and escape the computer world.

TRON: Solar Sailer was notable for its use of the Intellivoice module, providing voice acting for characters such as TRON, Yori, and the MCP. The game was among the few titles to utilize this hardware, enhancing the immersive experience.
