Halo: Reach Limited Edition is a collector’s version of the final Halo title developed by Bungie for the Xbox 360. This edition includes both the full game and a set of exclusive physical and digital extras that expand the lore and appeal of the Halo universe.
The packaging is designed to resemble an ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence) “black box,” reflecting the secretive and military tone of the game’s narrative. One of the key highlights is a set of classified documents contained in an artifact bag, including Dr. Catherine Halsey’s personal journal and other confidential materials related to the origins of the SPARTAN-II program.
Also included is an exclusive in-game Elite armor set for multiplayer, Dr. Halsey’s ONI security badge replica, a Spartan II embroidered patch, and downloadable content for Xbox Live Avatars. These items were intended to appeal to fans interested in the deeper backstory of the Halo franchise and collectors looking for premium memorabilia.
This Limited Edition was priced at $79.99 at launch and was released alongside the standard and Legendary editions of the game.
