Star Wars: Obi-Wan is a third-person action-adventure game developed and published by LucasArts. Released exclusively for Xbox in 2001, the game is set in the Star Wars universe approximately 32 years before the Battle of Yavin and follows Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi during events surrounding The Phantom Menace.

Players control Obi-Wan, engaging in lightsaber combat and using Force powers to defeat enemies and solve puzzles. The game features a unique control scheme utilizing the Xbox controller’s right analog stick for lightsaber moves. Force abilities include slowing down time, higher jumps, and telekinesis.

Additionally, the game offers a multiplayer mode called “Jedi Battle,” where players can fight as various Jedi characters unlocked through gameplay.

The game received mixed reviews, praised for its lightsaber combat and atmosphere but criticized for level design and technical issues. It won awards for sound design but was also noted as a disappointment by some critics.
