300: March to Glory is a hack and slash action game developed by Collision Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, released in 2007 exclusively for the PlayStation Portable. The game is based on the 2006 film 300, which in turn was adapted from Frank Miller’s graphic novel depicting the Battle of Thermopylae.

Players assume the role of King Leonidas, leading the Spartan army against the invading Persian forces. Gameplay emphasizes close-quarters combat using swords, spears, and shields. As players progress, they unlock new weapons and combat techniques to deal with increasingly challenging enemies. The game also features stylized visuals inspired by the movie’s distinct aesthetic.

The campaign follows a linear structure across several levels that recreate key moments from the film, including both historical battles and dramatized encounters. While primarily a single-player experience, it includes unlockables such as artwork and arena challenges that extend replayability.

Reception to 300: March to Glory was mixed. While praised for capturing the visual tone and atmosphere of the film, critics noted repetitive gameplay, limited enemy variety, and occasional camera issues. It is nevertheless notable as the only video game adaptation of 300.
