Directed by Kevin Munroe, TMNT is a 2007 American computer-animated superhero film and the fourth installment in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film series. The film features the voices of Chris Evans, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Mako, Kevin Smith, Patrick Stewart, and Ziyi Zhang, with narration by Laurence Fishburne. The story follows Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo as they reunite to confront a new threat involving ancient creatures and a mysterious businessman. The film was produced by Imagi Animation Studios and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures in the United States and The Weinstein Company internationally. TMNT was released theatrically in the United States on March 23, 2007, and grossed over $95 million worldwide against a $34 million production budget. It received mixed reviews from critics but was a commercial success.
